Space to Trade grew from our collective expertise earned over several decades as landlords, asset & shopping centre managers and retailers. The service we experienced throughout these years was driven by price and not quality, and we came to the conclusion that it could be done better!
The principle was simple:
- Know our venues
- Drive local business
- Deliver a premium service and financial result
We established that sales managers were most effective in the shopping centres and not stuck behind a desk in an office – the only way to truly know our venues, the product and the client mix is to be in the thick of it.
Simply put, our model focuses on investing more and achieving more than any agency model on the market. Since 2010 we have outperformed the industry in both net revenue and occupancy for our clients, by taking a hands-on approach.
We visit centres regularly and pound the streets to find new and exciting business. Today we are a leading authority in the sector for many of the UK’s largest property companies and industry bodies.
